Our commercial success depends on how our customers perceive our products in comparison with their requirements, expectations and competitive offers. Our strategic objective is to strengthen our competitive position in terms of designing and manufacturing door and window joinery based on PVC profiles by offering and selling products deserving Customers' recognition through performing its functions reliably, efficiently and according to customers' needs, expectations and requirements.
Realisation measures and metho
- the basic measure for achieving quality related objectives is our quality system, under constant development, based on guidelines and requirements of the ISO 9001 standard;
- quality planning takes into account all requirements of the quality system and serves the purpose of meeting requirements and preventing defects;
- the entire personnel participates in systematic trainings in order to be well-informed regarding the quality policy, principles of the quality system as well as competent in performing its duties;
- equipment for production and quality control is selected appropriately for the required precision and maintained fully operational;
- technical progress racking serves the purpose of optimisation and streamlining of products and technological processes.
Responsibility:Responsibility for the quality is distributed among every employee through a division of tasks and rights.
All employees as well as the Management Board of BUDVAR Centrum SA shall meet relevant requirements and constantly improve efficiency of the Quality Management System.
The Management Board shall secure sufficient funds required for the purpose of maintaining and streamlining the Management System.
