MB-45
MB-45 is a modern aluminium system for indoor and outdoor architectural elements, which do not require thermal insulation, e.g.: various types of partition walls, windows, door, including manual and automatic sliding door, double acting door, entrance enclosures, display windows, cash register stands, display cabinets and spatial structures. Design depth of window sections: 45 mm (window frame), 54 mm (window sash), and door respectively: 45 mm and 45 mm. The abovementioned design depth of sash and frame sections creates the effect of a single surface from the outside (when the window is closed). In the case of door the effect is of faced surfaces of sashes and frame. Profile shape allows constructing slender and yet durable frames for windows and door. An important feature of the MB-45 system is profile bending, including frames, sashes and batten plates, which allows forming various arches as well as arch structures. Special EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets guarantee tightness, the material is additionally wear resistant. The system is even more versatile and attractive as customers may choose from among several solutions in terms of particular construction details, e.g. bottom gaskets for door sashes, gaskets for sliding door or double acting door, shape of glazing beads or shape and height of thresholds. The system allows installing 2 mm - 35 mm glazing units in the case of window sashes as well as 2 mm - 26 mm glazing units in the case of fixed windows and door sashes.
MB-59S
MB-59S is a system for indoor architectural elements, which require thermal insulation, e.g.: various types or windows, door, entrance enclosures, display cabinets etc.
Design depth of window sections for the MB-59S system is: 50 mm in the case of frames and 59 mm in the case of sashes. External surfaces of these sections are flat.
Design depth of door sections, both in the case of frames and sashes, is 50 mm. This way sashes are levelled with the frame from the inside as well as the outside.
Almost 100% of window and door sections feature a 3-chamber structure, where the central chamber ensures insulation between thermal breaks. The abovementioned solution allows manufacturing slender, affordable and rigid profiles. Connection system based on a thermal break enables using two-colour profiles - with a different colour inside and outside. Profiled "omega" shaped polyamide thermal breaks reinforced with glass fibre are used in the case of the MB-59S system. Such a shape of thermal breaks ensures supreme thermal insulation as well as drainage for the internal profile chambers. MB-59S system profiles meet restrictive thermal requirements. Applied fillings may be 4 - 40 mm thick in the case of window sashes or 4 - 31 mm thick in the case of door, display windows or fixed windows. An important feature of the MB-59S system is the freedom it offers in terms of choice of fittings and their mounting. Door profile structure, thanks to special groves, allows mounting, without any machining, various types of hinges, including the so-called mortise hinges as well as fasteners and bolts. The door may also be equipped with traditional surface hinges.
Window sections have profiled grooves of dimensions allowing using locking fittings and connecting elements conforming with the EURO standard, intended both for aluminium and plastic windows. The abovementioned solutions allow using fittings provided by most of the reputable manufacturers.
Another important feature of the system is profile bending allowing forming various arches as well as arch structures. The MB-59S system is currently one of the very few window-door aluminium systems, if not the only one, whose profiles simultaneously offer a 3-chamber structure and frame depth of 50 mm.
