Important selection guidelines
Below you will find a brief guideline to help you make the best choice.
Window frames - our windows feature a cross-glued three-layer wood structure ensuring durability and stability even in the case of large dimensions. Wooden windows are resistant to deformation. Three layers of varnish guarantee coating durability and long-lasting protection against sunlight, moisture and mould.
Quality wood combined with state of the art technology makes wooden windows exceptionally beautiful, durable and practical. This offer is targeted at customers who appreciate natural beauty.
Panes - double glazing units with low-emissivity glass (U=1.0 Wm2k) are used as standard. Pane fillings installed on customers' request: safe, anti-burglary and reflective.
One should also remember about appropriate sound insulation coefficient (Rw), which translates into protection against excessive noise - typical pane sound insulation coefficient is approximately 32 dB. The higher the value the better the sound insulation.
Fittings - tilt fittings, turn fittings or tilt-and-turn fittings. Tilt-and-turn fittings being the most popular ones as they combine turn and tilt functions. Always choose quality fittings, otherwise window joinery will not function properly. Our Company cooperates with ROTO GmbH - a leading fitting manufacturer.
Gaskets - guarantee window tightness. Our Company uses DEVENTER gaskets made of elastic material resistant to changes in weather conditions, e.g. synthetic rubber. These elements protect the interior against water, wind, heat loss, noise or dust.
Handles - in order to guarantee your satisfaction we recommend choosing handles which will go well together with the interior. Selected models may be additionally equipped with a lock. Handles are available in a variety of colours.
