Almost maintenance-free cutting centers, 6-head welders or computerised corner cleaners, which are unseen in other factories, in BUDVAR Centre SA are a daily routine. It is the fully automated production and its full computerisation that enable BUDVAR Centre SA to obtain products with the highest quality suitable for the needs of the market. The factory of BUDVAR Centre SA is one of the most technologically advanced in the country and in Europe. The center of production is in Zdunska Wola. It consists of 7,000 square meters of plants area, 1,000 square meters of office and store area of 15,000 square meters. The company BUDVAR Centre SA for the sake of their customers and the environment manufacture windows compliant with all the requirements of the European Union, which have been identified in the „Green Paper”. As the first  manufacturer of wooden windows in Poland started to use the profiles free of harmful substances such as lead. In the profiles used by BUDVAR Centre SA lead and cadmium – stabilizers, which affect the durability of PVC, have been replaced by safe and human friendly calcium-zinc.
The use of stabilizers in the composite is necessary. Thanks to them PVC is resistant to climatic factors such as rain, wind, solar radiation and ensure long life of a product. Calcified-zinc stabilizers in the window and door profiles companies BUDVAR Centre SA fulfills these functions while at the same time are environmentally friendly. These two elements are in fact completely harmless. BUDVAR’s Centre SA windows are characterized by excellent indicators of thermal insulation (K indicator falls within the required range of values, namely 1,1-1,6 W/m2K), thanks to the usage of special glass framed with steel profiles of 5 and 6-chambers which are a barrier against cold from the outside, thus, the better thermal insulation. They have also modern design, gentle rounding and bevels provide the modern and elegant appearance to the profiles, aesthetic and invisible glass-side gasket, 13 mm distance from fitting mouth provides with the possibility of using thicker fitting holders, thereby giving additional protection from burglary, and as it was mentioned above 5/6-chamber design and depth of  development 80 mm provide optimum thermal and acoustic insulation. BUDVAR Centre SA produces also doorknobs or external roller shutters which may be excellent hermal and acoustic insulation, can protect our privacy and are capable to integrate with the anti-insect meshes. BUDVAR’s internal windowsills retain their shape, are durable, scratch- and moisture resistant and recyclable. And to sum up its windows are the brilliant protection from noise, minimize the heat costs, they provide the feeling of safety, and are the perfect ventilation of rooms. On top of that they present modern and harmonious appearance. Export of products represents about 10 per cent of sales and systematically increasing. The company exports mainly to the German market, but also to the Czech Republic, Greece, Sweden, the Netherlands and is gradually expanding its presence in foreign markets. In the Czech Republic BUDVAR Centre SA built its own network to sell its products under their own brand and based in their own salons.
